Filing of EEO forms when there were no previous filings.

Finding employees for data entry.

Health care costs. Changing health care providers to find the most valuable services. This was repeated among many of those attending.

Installation of new integrated software such as SAP.

401k conversions. Changing administrators. Concerns over black out periods during change of administrators.

Employees concerns over 401k values. Educating employees on investments.

Finding qualified employees. Using organizations providing employment for the retarded to do basic operations such as housekeeping and grounds keeping.

Risk management and tort liability.

Managing the effects of mergers. Managing the stress over employee displacement and relocation.

Management not taking seriously the issues of partnering during down sizing and change of structure.

Discussion on each of the above was in detail. The details are not related here because of privacy. Roundtables such as this must be attended to gain the greatest benefit of the exchange of information.
