Dr. Donna Reihl led our discussion on Appreciative Inquiry, a process based on positives to plan strategically and manage change developed by David L. Cooperider of Case Western Reserve University. Appreciative inquiry is a way of being, seeing things and thinking about things; an individual mindset. It is a model to facilitate positive change and growth in human systems. The underlying assumption is that every human system has a core of strengths that is often hidden and/or underutilized- known as the Positive Core.

Following the presentation, Donna presented a soundless video titled “The Power of Words”. It was powerful.

Claudia Dail invited all to the Howard County Job Fair and distributed a flyer about the fair.
