Our discussion on web content management was lead by Marco Ciavolino of member Systems Alliance.

Keeping websites current frequently involves expensive, high-end solutions. Creating a site is a difficult process and making changes is difficult; in many cases, beyond the capabilities of an average employee.

Marco demonstrated the web content management program, Site Executive, developed by Systems Alliance that allows a company to maintain their own website with non-technical people in an easy to use format.

The HVBF website was used as an example by Marco. Changes were made quickly in an understandable process.

For more information about Site Executive, contact Marco at mciavolino@sysalli.com.

The next meeting of the Information Systems Roundtable will be on Thursday, January 10, 2002 from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the Graduate Center at Loyola College; 2034 Greenspring Drive, Timonium. The discussion will be on Wireless Technology Today presented by member TESSCO Technologies.
