Register for a Roundtable or Event!

  • The Human Resources Roundtable meets on the first Thursday of each month from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at a location and with an agenda as listed below.

  • The Facilities/Security/Transportation Roundtable meets on the third Wednesday of each month, except August, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at a location and with an agenda as listed below.

  • Special Events are offered periodically and are listed below.

Please register if you plan to attend any of the roundtable meetings. Feel free to bring an associate or prospective member.

Hunt Valley Business Forum will follow the inclement weather policy of Baltimore County schools. When schools are closed or opening late because of the weather, our Roundtable activities will be cancelled.

Each Roundtable offers a complimentary light breakfast. If your company would like to participate in the Complimentary Breakfast Program, please advise with the Roundtable you select. The participation fee is $100. You receive recognition for your participation and the opportunity to distribute information about your company at the meeting.

NOTE TO MEMBERS OF THE FST ROUNDTABLE - This Workshop on September 10 will take the place of the regularly scheduled September FST Roundtable. The subjects of Business Continuity and Emergency Planning will be of interest to the members of the FST Roundtable.

September is National Emergency Preparedness Month and Baltimore County is on-board. In cooperation with the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), the County Office of Emergency Preparedness, the County Chamber of Commerce and the Hunt Valley Business Forum, free Business Continuity and Emergency Preparedness workshops will be held at locations around the county. Featuring expert speakers and local real-world examples, these sessions provide a valuable overview to this critical aspect of business planning. Please see the details below.

This is Sheppard Pratt's new center for Autistic Programs. We are delighted to be invited to tour this totally up-to-date facility during National Autistic Awareness Month to understand the treatment of this medical diagnosis that affects 1 out of 150 children. All members are invited and you may bring one guest. Please register for this Tour as we need to know numbers for space and food. Tour Director: Dr. Paul Livelli, Director of Autism Programs.

Agenda: Emergency Preparedness Dealing with Man Made and Natural Hazards. Mark Demski will  be the Guest Speaker and he will be bringing with him for a hands on demonstration 2 emergency vehicles---a new Rescue Truck and a new Decon Truck. This will be an informed and facinating once in a lifetime explanation of the most advanced technology available to assist all of us to survive a personal or  community emergency. Please join us and all guests are welcome.

Capt. Marty Lurz will present the public safety report for Precinct 7. Capt. David Mazola will update the security report on light rail. Mark Demski will report from the Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Kelly Kosino will give us an SHA update.
