Agenda: Christine Walters of member FiveL Company will lead our discussion on ‘Employment Law Jeopardy: The Latest News in Managing Disability and Leave Issues”. This interactive program will involve audience participation in playing "Jeopardy" (a PowerPoint presentation). We will have four topics with five questions in each topic. The topics will be: ADA; FMLA; USERRA & Title VII; and Maryland & Other Leave Issues. There will be prizes for winners.
Members are invited to submit questions related to those four topics to Christine in advance to possibly be incorporated into the Jeopardy Game. Questions should be submitted not later than November 15th to: christine@fivel.net.

This will be a discussion on ways to encourage employee use of open space for walking and bicycling throughout the business area and the Towne Center during lunch and break periods. Discussion will be encouraged on how to provide attractive paths and rest areas that will facilitate such use. Access to the Towne Center without using an automobile will be explored. The Baltimore County Office of Planning and Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corporation will be leaders in this discussion.
