Over the course of the last 20 years, Renée has built relationships with companies across industries, sizes and styles. She skillfully coaches teams and leaders to be more effective and raise their emotional intelligence. Renée holds an undergraduate degree in communication and rhetoric, a Master’s Degree in education and counseling and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In addition, she is a certified John Maxwell Team member, as well as certified in EQ-i2.0. Prior to founding her businesses, Renée held positions with leading national companies including United Healthcare, Comcast and Amazon.com.
