The webinar will focus on current regulatory guidance from OSHA, the CDC, the DOL and the EEOC with respect to maintaining a safe, clean and healthy workplace as businesses resume operations, handling leave and absences due to the Coronavirus and ensuring compliance with existing discrimination laws, particularly as they relate to disability and age discrimination.
This will be an overview rather than a deep dive on each issue, given how complex the various laws have become.
