The Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Hunt Valley Business Forum (HVBF) have named Carolyn Panzer as the new Executive Director. Ms. Panzer had served as interim director since March of this year.
Carolyn brings an extensive background in business and non-profit leadership to her new role. As co-founder of Connect Technologies, Inc., a Baltimore-based telecommunications firm, she has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as well as in sales and marketing. Carolyn serves on several boards and has been a major contributor to the growth of a number of area non-profit organizations.
“I am honored to serve as the Executive Director for the Hunt Valley Business Forum. My goal is to enhance our program offerings so that we bring strong value to our members and their membership,” she said.
“We are delighted that Carolyn is our Executive Director bringing her extensive experience to grow and strengthen the Forum” said Eric Miller, chairman of HVBF. Formed in 1990, the Hunt Valley Business Forum’s membership has grown to over 200 businesses and organizations.
This year, the HVBF has undergone a reorganization to focus on four areas in which they plan to better serve their members, business owners and the Hunt Valley community. It is the leading organization serving professionals and businesses in the North Baltimore/Southern Pennsylvania region.
Please join us in welcoming Carolyn!
