HUNT VALLEY, Md. – August 18, 2015 – Point Breeze Credit Union announces the promotion of three associates of the credit union’s management team. Kristin Reynolds, Karen Trimp and Susan Waite have each been promoted to vice president.
With Point Breeze for 11 years, Kristin Reynolds is now Vice President, Director of Human Resources. In this position, Reynolds will oversee HR initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits and relations. She will also work closely with the executive management team to ensure the credit union’s alignment of overall mission and strategy. Reynolds has more than 14 years of industry experience and is a resident of Forest Hill, Md.
Karen Trimp is now Vice President of Compliance at Point Breeze. In her new role, Trimp will ensure credit union compliance with related laws and regulations, oversee various risk aspects and administer the vendor and contract management program. She will also direct the record retention program and oversee compliance with the credit union’s policies and procedures. Trimp has more than 34 years of industry experience and has been with Point Breeze for 11 years. She resides in Catonsville, Md.
Susan Waite assumes the position of Vice President of Lending. Waite is responsible for daily operations of the indirect, consumer and mortgage lending departments. She has been with Point Breeze Credit Union for more than 25 years and is a resident of Bel Air, Md. Waite is a graduate of Frostburg State University where she studied finance.
Reynolds and Trimp will be based in Point Breeze Credit Union’s corporate headquarters in Hunt Valley, Md. Waite will be based in Point Breeze’s Rosedale office.
