Hunt Valley Public Policy Committee

The Hunt Valley Business Forum Public Policy Committee addresses legislative, transportation, real estate and public safety issues in the greater Hunt Valley area.

In 2017, HVBF created the Hunt Valley Stakeholders Committee with the purpose of being “the voice” of the Hunt Valley/Cockeysville business communities. In 2019, the committee was re-named to the Hunt Valley Public Policy Committee.

The Public Policy Committee is made up of representatives from HVBF Member businesses. They are responsible for identifying emerging issues with potential impact to local businesses as well as monitoring and recommending any appropriate action and/or statements of position on development and legislation impacting the Greater Hunt Valley Area. (Issues should relate to traffic and transportation, public safety, legislation and economic development affecting the business community.)
